Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Third Fold polo. If it isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for free.

• Free returns within 30 days. Shirts should be unwashed and unworn, with the tags still on.

• Exchanges are easy. Need a different size or color? Let us know and we’ll send the new one at no cost.

• How to start a return. Reach out through our Contact page with your order number, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

• Refunds. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days.

• Bulk orders. Returns on bulk orders are handled case by case, so just reach out.
